What is Stylust?

Stylust is your personal online shopping assistant! Our Digital Retail Specialists love helping you find exactly what you’re looking for. Say goodbye to online shopping carts and pulling out your credit card every time you want to buy something online! You’ll be saving so much time…now all that’s left to decide is what you’ll do with it!

How does it work?

Sign up to become an exclusive member. You’ll receive a welcome text from us, then you’re ready to submit orders! (p.s. Don’t forget to save our number in your contacts!)

You can submit orders in two ways:

Texting in a Photo:

Whenever you see something you want, or need, follow these steps:

1) Send us a screenshot or photo to our number and tell us what you’re interested in buying

2) Stylust finds the exact item in your size or the closest match available online

3) We’ll text you a link to the item and the price for your review

4) Reply Yes if you want to buy the item

5) Stylust orders the item for you and has it sent directly to your home

Tagging on Instagram:

Whenever you see something on Instagram that you’d like to buy, follow these steps:

1) Tag @stylust in the comment section and tell us what you’re interested in buying (example: @stylust jacket or @stylust sneakers) — Note: If tagging a photo in a private Instagram feed, please screenshot the photo and send to us via text.

2) Stylust finds the exact item in your size or the closest match available online

3) We’ll text you a link to the item and the price for your review

4) Reply Yes if you want to buy the item

5) Stylust orders the item for you and has it sent directly to your home

Who can use Stylust?

You must be 18 or older to use Stylust.

Why does Stylust need my credit card info to become a member/when will I be charged?

Stylust will only charge your credit card for items you wish to purchase, just like if you were purchasing the items for yourself online, but without all the work! You approve every purchase via text before we charge your card, and there are no additional fees.

How do I change my password if I forget it?

If you forget your password, click the “Lost Password?” link on the login page. We will send you a password reset link to the email you listed on your Stylust account. If you don’t remember the email you used, just text us and we can tell you!

How do I change and check my account details?

You may make changes at any time by logging in to your account on our site. If you prefer, you may also text us with any changes for your profile and we can adjust them for you!

(Note: For security purposes, please do not text us your credit card number or take a photo of your card.)

How do I change my credit card information?

You may revise your credit card on file at any time by logging in to your account on our site. If you prefer, feel free to notify us over text that you would like to make changes to your card on file, and we can send you a secure link which will direct you to your profile so you may make the adjustments.

(Note: For security purposes, please do not text us your credit card number or take a photo of your card.)

Can I cancel Stylust at any time?

Yes. Stylust requires no contract. There is no membership fee and no cancellation fee.

PLACING AN ORDER

What brands can I shop from?

You can shop ANY item in ANY photo on Instagram, online, or in real life! The photo you tag can be in the feed of your favorite brand, influencer, friend, or even a sponsored ad. You can also take a pic of someone’s shoes at a restaurant, a new makeup you want to try, or your friend’s nifty kitchen gadget.

Basically anything you can buy online: Stylust will find it and order it for you.

(Note: Stylust does not purchase gift cards at this time.)

What happens if you can’t find the exact item?

If an item is sold out or unavailable online, Stylust finds visually-similar matches and texts you those options. You get to decide which one you love and reply Yes to buy it! If you’d like to see other options, you can always give us feedback. We can search for matches at a different price point, different style…it’s up to you!

Can I buy multiple sizes or quantities?

Yes! You can include those details when you tag/text the item, or you can also give us your preferences when you confirm you’d like to purchase. We are here for you! You’re texting a REAL live human, not a bot.

How long do I have to wait to get the item details?

The second we receive your tag or text, our team begins searching for the item. We value your time, so we aim to get back to you as quickly as possible. You can submit an order at any time of day, but our team is online during the following times:

Weekdays: 9am – 9pm CST

Weekends: 11am – 8pm CST

Can you do gift wrapping?

You may request gift wrapping at any time, as long as the retailer you are ordering from offers gift wrapping with the purchase. Depending on the retailer policy, you will be responsible for any extra cost.

Do you buy from international websites?

As long as the site ships to the US, we can order it for you. If a site looks fraudulent, has bad reviews, or will have an extended estimated time of arrival we will let you know. Fortunately, Stylust has your back! If a retailer turns out to be fraudulent, we will work with you to help resolve the issue.

Do you ship internationally?

Stylust only ships within the US at this time.

PAYMENT

Are there any hidden fees?

Stylust is free to use! We do not charge extra fees at this time for utilizing our service.

How do I redeem a retailer discount or special offer?

If you have a promo, or discount code for a certain site, just let us know! We can input the code for you so you may still receive the offer granted by the retailer.

(Note: Stylust does not use any retailer sign-up promotional offers at checkout.)

Can I use a gift card to purchase?

We do not accept gift cards from other retailers at this time.

Does Stylust share my card info when making a purchase?

Absolutely not. Stylust purchases the item on your behalf and charges your credit card. Your credit card info is stored securely via Stripe (the premier e-commerce payment processor) and will never be shared. Please see our Privacy Policy for further information.

What form of payment does Stylust accept?

We accept all major Credit/Debit Cards: Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express.

DELIVERY

Do you charge shipping?

All shipping costs are subject to the retailer from which an item is ordered. Stylust does not charge any additional fees for shipping or handling.

What delivery speed do you use?

The default shipping for all orders is standard ground-shipping (which is subject to the retailer). If you ever need to expedite an order to receive an item by a certain date, just let us know. We’re more than happy to select whichever shipping option you’d prefer.

Can I track my order?

You may request the tracking information for your order at any time. Text us with the order you’d like to track and we will forward the info to the email listed on your Stylust account as well as text you a tracking link.

Do you send confirmation emails from the retailer?

We do not currently send order confirmation emails unless otherwise requested. We are more than happy to forward any confirmations to your email upon request.

Will you send to an address that isn’t on my profile?

We will only use the address on file for your orders unless otherwise requested before the order is placed with the retailer.

The expected delivery time has passed. What should I do?

If your order does not deliver within the timeframe received by Stylust, feel free to reach out to us over text and we’ll pass along your order’s tracking information so you may inquire with the retailer directly. We are also happy to contact them for you.  

(Note: Stylust is not responsible for any missing shipments. Any claims for reimbursement for lost shipments should be filed by the specific merchant, not Stylust.)

RETURNS

How do returns work?

All returns are subject to the retailers return/exchange policy via their online site. If you need to make a return, please let us know, and we will help you through the retailer’s return policy as if you had ordered the item directly from the retailer’s site. If applicable, you will be refunded when the retailer receives the return and has issued payment back to Stylust.

When will I receive my refund?

We will issue all refunds within 3-5 business days after the return has been processed by the retailer from which the item was ordered.

Can I exchange an item?

All exchanges are subject to the retailers return/exchange policy via their online site. If you need to make an exchange, please let us know, and we will help you follow the retailer’s exchange policy as if you had ordered the item directly from the retailer’s site.

What do I do if I receive a damaged item?

All damaged goods are subject to the retailers return/exchange policy via their online site. If you receive a damaged item, please let us know, and we will help you follow the retailer’s damage goods policy as if you had ordered the item directly from the retailer’s site. If applicable, you will be refunded when the retailer confirms the damage and has issued payment back to Stylust.

STYLUST REFERRAL PROGRAM

How does it work?

Share your love for Stylust with your friends and get rewarded! All you have to do is share your personalized referral code. When your friend makes their first purchase, you will receive $25 in Stylust credit!

How do I find my referral code?

Your personal referral code is listed on your Stylust account. You can choose to share the referral code, or you can give your friends your personal link: either method works! If you don’t have time to log in to your account, just text us and we can give you the code.

Is there a limit to the amount of credit I can earn?

Yes, but we challenge our customers to get all of their friends to become active Stylust members! Customers may only receive credit for the first 20 referrals that make a purchase. A special surprise awaits for those that go over 20 active referrals!
